Dear Conway Community Leader and Future Sponsor,
Conway Little League is a non-profit, privately funded youth organization that maintains a property of six baseball fields and provides a home for over 400 children each year to enjoy competitive baseball. We believe that every child in our community who wants to play baseball should have the opportunity to do so, therefore it is our mission to provide a safe and open outlet for them. Our league follows the guidelines of the oldest youth sports organization in the United States “Little League Baseball, Inc.” and have proudly represented this tradition since our inception in 1963.
Funding for our program depends entirely upon the generosity and support of local individuals and businesses. We do not receive any funding from government or municipal programs as we are one of the last two privately run baseball programs in central FL. The league is solely run by volunteers giving their time and energy to ensure the players and families have the best baseball experience possible. Simply put, we completely survive off the generosity of others who share our love of baseball and understand its incredible impact on the youth in our community. As a sponsor your support funds the purchase of equipment, player insurance, field maintenance/improvements, adequate umpire training, volunteer certifications/background checks, and other operational expenses required for us to maintain safe and competitive facilities. All sponsorships and donations are tax deductible as Conway Little League is a 501(c)(3) organization. Please see the attached list of sponsorship levels available.
