PreK U5

Recreational Pre K U5 is designed to introduce soccer to our younger players.  This is a non-competitive program that focuses on fostering a fun learning environment that develops kids physically, engages kids mentally and teaches the joy of physical participation.  We guarantee plenty of smiles from both players and parents!

Program goals are to:

·         Develop player motor skills, social skills and soccer skills

·         Create a fun, soccer related experience that the players enjoy

·         Build self esteem in each and every player

Dribblers U6

Dribblers U6: The Dribblers program is designed to develop a player's skill and "touch" of the ball. The matches are played with 3 vs 3 teams (No goalie) to maximize their involvement. There is no score keeping or win/loss record, as the joy of the game and a player's self confidence are the important measures of a team and individual player's success. Boys and Girls play on the same team and will have various degrees of soccer experience.

Kickers U7 and U8

Kickers U7 & U8: The Kickers program is also designed to develop a player's skill and "touch" of the ball. The matches are played with small sided teams in a 5 vs 5 format (4 and a goalkeeper) or 4 vs 4 (no goalie) to maximize the players involvement. There is no score keeping or win/loss record. Success is measured by observing the first signs of passing and position play. This is an essential element of incremental improvement at this level. Boys and Girls play on the same team and all levels of experience can be found on any team. In addition to the game on Saturday, there is one practice session during the week.

Strikers

Strikers U9, U10 & U11: The Recreation program is designed for players to continue learning the basic skills associated with soccer and to enjoy themselves. This is a less-competitive program, having fun and learning soccer skills is the priority. Experience levels vary dramatically from several years to none. A mixture of skill is placed on every team. Depending on the numbers of sign-ups this program could be self contained or we could combine our program with neighboring towns. It is our hope that we will stay self contained. One practice per week.
