Lightning SC is committed to total player development.  Our goal is to develop the total player by effectively teaching and demonstrating fundamental soccer skills, techniques and tactics along with building individual character, developing leadership qualities and instilling a life long love for the game of soccer.  

We seek to provide a positive and safe environment for players to develop to their fullest potential and to strive for individual and team excellence by participating in a soccer experience where they can develop positive self-esteem and build character by learning the virtues of hard work, respect, honesty, self-control, teamwork and sportsmanship.  

We are committed to providing coaching professionals of the highest quality who have a love and knowledge of the game, a passion for young people and a desire to provide players with a fun and competitive environment.  We seek to develop these coaches to the highest level through a quality instructional program and to create a consistent learning environment throughout each level of the soccer club.

Lightning SC seeks to promote good sportsmanship among players, coaches, parents and spectators and encourages all participants to work together to foster a love of soccer within the community.  We have adopted the Positive Coaching Alliance program for our soccer community.
