Class Descriptions

Training Camp

 M/W/F, 6:30 a.m. – 7:30 a.m., $165 per month.  An intensive boot camp workout that combines cardio, strength, and sports conditioning that is physically challenging, motivating, and a ton of fun. Trainer: Bethany. 

 

LES MILLS GRIT™ Series

M/W, 9:30 a.m. – 10:00 a.m., $99 per month.  Thirty minutes of intense, challenging training routines, explosive music and a highly-charged, certified coach giving you one-on-one attention. Trainer: Jen. 

 

Interval Training

  M/W, 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m., $140 per month.  Low- to high-intensity workouts interspersed with rest or relief periods. Interval training can be very beneficial in training for many sports. Trainer: Carolyn. 

 

TRX® Suspension Training

M/W, 10:10 a.m. - 10:40 a.m., $99 per month.  The original, best-in-class workout system that leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. You're in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise. Trainer: Jen. 

 

Today’s TABATA 

T/T, 11:30 a.m. – 12:15 a.m., $105 per month.  Tabata is about quality not quantity! Interval training that includes short bursts of intense exercise (20 seconds) with short rests (10 seconds) to elevate the heart and bring it back down. improve aerobic and anaerobic energy systems of the body. Trainer: Jen. 

 

Women’s Boot Camp

T/T, 9:30 a.m. – 10:20 a.m., $120 per month.  A dynamic, 50-minute workout where you’ll get the maximum calorie burn while targeting multiple muscle groups for a total body workout.  Encouragement and modifications are essential to incorporate all fitness levels. Trainer: Kelly. 

 

iSHRED

T/T, 6:30 a.m. – 7:30 a.m., $120 per month.  50 minutes of cardio and interval training set to “guy TUNES” but ladies welcome! This morning workout is perfect for the “working man”, and includes run/sprints, Heisman abs, linebacker lunges, burpees and footwork followed by a cool down. Trainers: Kris & Mary Taylor. 

 

Plyometrics Youth Strength and Agility Training

  Mondays, 3:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. 3 sessions for $30. We're expanding our training to youth conditioning. NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Coach Jeremy Byrd will work with young athletes to improve strength, speed and endurance for better performance in any sport! Trainer: Jeremy.
