Jen Morrison


Jen, born and raised in Tennessee, has been in the fitness industry as a Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer for over 5 years.  She has struggled with her weight her whole life. After graduating college with her Spanish degree, she still was clueless in what she wanted to do with her life.   In her middle 20's, she was overweight and unhappy in her career.  Upon seeing a hiring sign for fitness instructors, she took the first step and challenge.  She went to a training and it changed her life.  After working a full time job and working as a fitness instructor as a part time job, she chose to turn her career around and make fitness her main focus and full time job.  

Her passion is in leading individuals to feel better about themselves and into a healthier lifestyle.  Her motto with her business is: Be Strong. Be Healthy. Be Brave. Be the Example.  She now teaches between 11-13 group fitness classes a week, as well as trains multiple clients throughout the week through her business, Be Fit.  She holds 7 certifications through LES MILLS, a TRX Group Training certification, and a personal training license through IFTA.  In addition, she holds a ViPR Group Training certification and is a Master Trainer for ViPR Pro, as well.  She has completed multiple long distance competitive races, multiple Sprint triathlon and Olympic size triathlons, raced in the Ragnar Relay of Tennessee and is on her way to competing for her first full marathon this December.  She is honored to be a part of the Indoor Arena at Crockett Park Small Group Training team.

Thomas Cobb


Thomas has worked in the healthcare and personal training industry for 12 years.  He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Human Performances from Austin Peay State University in 2004, and a Master's degree in Exercise Science from California University at Pennsylvania in 2011.  Thomas has worked with and trained a diverse population ranging from young children to geriatric clients. 

Carolyn Rudin


Carolyn is a competitive bodybuilder.  She knows from her own experience that proper nutrition, cardio exercise, and strength workouts all play a significant role in achieving fitness goals.  She enjoys sharing her knowledge wtih others to help them attain their goals.  

In April 1999, Carolyn was a guest of the Oprah Winfrey show in Chicago where she was acknowledged for her inspiring group fitness class participant to lose 100 pounds though healthy eating and consistent exercise.  Carolyn's positive attitude and uplifting words encouraged this participant to take small steps and make healthy choices that resulted in a complete body, mind, and spirit transformation.

Carolyn holds a Bachelor of Arts, Communication.  Major: Theatre Management Bowling Green State University, Bowling Green, Ohio.  Her areas of expertise is in Athletic Training, Bodybuilding, Yoga, Core Conditioning, and Youth Fitness.  She is certified through the American Council of Exercise (ACE) Certified Personal Trainer, American Council on Exercise (ACE) Certified Group Fitness Instructor, American Red Cross First Aid and CPR/AED for the professional rescuer, Zumba Basics 1 and 2, ZumbAtomic (Zumba for Children) Aqua Zumba, Zumba Toning, Zumba Gold (Zumba for older adults), and Zumba Sentao Licensed Instructor, YogaFit Instructor (Completed 200 hours of coursework including levels 1-5, Anatomy and Alignment, Yoga Strength, Yoga for Kids, and Yoga for Seniors), PILOXING Certified Instructor, TRX Suspension Training Certified Instructor, KAT Certified Instructor (certification to teach gymnastics to pre-school aged children).

Carolyn participated in a variety of sports and concentrated on gymnastics and track.  She also enjoys dancing. 

Kelly Tschantz


Kelly has always had a passion for fitness.  She has taught group exercise classes for over eight years, leads small group training ans trains individuals as well.  Kelly's clients range in age, fitness levels, and ability.  Her clients include people who are recovering from injury, battling obesity, or competing in their first triathlon.  Kelly has completed the Chicago marathon, several 1/2 marathons, 5K, and 10Ks.  She wants to help people ralize their full potential through proper nutrition and exercise.  When she is not training, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their three children.
