Upward Sports is focused on providing a first-class sports experience for every child, emphasizing healthy competition, sportsmanship, sport fundamentals vs. win-at-all-cost mentality - and most importantly, helping them understand that life is much more than a game. With practices and games limited to one-hour each, this is family-friendly and fun for everyone!

What To Expect

Improve your passing, running, and receiving skills! Learn new stances, motions, jumps, cheers and pom routines!

During your one hour practice each week, your coach will spend time teaching your team the FUN-damentals of flag football and cheerleading. Through the skills and drills you work on at practice, you and your new friends will grow as a team.

On game day, your entire team will look and feel like pros with your Upward uniforms. Each week you'll receive stars for an awesome game played. On top of that, you can log onto TeamUpward.com to learn even more about your sport, play games and learn more about the Bible.

What Are the Details?

The registration cost per child for flag football is $75 and $75 for cheerleading. After July 17, the cost is $85 and $85 respectively. The registration deadline is July 30th. Flag Football shorts or Cheerleading mock turtlenecks are optional at a cost of $15.

Everyone must attend one flag football evaluation or cheerleading orientation. If you are unable to attend the scheduled dates, email [email protected] to reserve your space for the make-up evaluation. All evaluations will take place at Mountaintop Church as follows:

K-5 through 3rd Grade Boys/Girls

Monday, July 16, between 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 pm

4th through 8th Grade Boys/Girls

Thursday, July 19, between 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 pm

Open Evaluations

Saturday, July 21, between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 pm
