OSC REC SOCCER - FALL REGISTRATION OPEN

The Oneonta Soccer Club Recreation Program provides a positive soccer experience for all participants. The program focuses on skill development, sportsmanship, team concept, parent involvement, and most importantly, fun for all participants. Help get your child’s team off to a good start, volunteer to be a coach. Volunteer Coaches are necessary for the success of the program. Teams will be formed on a first come first serve by registration date and upon coach availability. Any registration received late will be placed on a waiting list with no guarantee to play. *Please volunteer to coach or assist in some way. We appreciate your support.

WHEN : Games Saturday mornings/afternoons, Sept-Oct
DATES OF PLAY: 9/13 - 11/1  
WHERE: Neawha Park, Oneonta
COST : $65 (online)and $55 for each additional child in family
UNIFORM : Uniform shirt included with registration fee
REQUIREMENTS : All players must wear shin guards. Soccer shoes are recommended but not required. No jewelry can be worn by any player unless it is a medic alert tag.
PLAYER ELIGIBILITY : Must be enrolled in grades 1-6 at the start of the 2025-2026 school year.

LIT'L OSCers

The Oneonta Soccer Club’s Lit’l OSCer program (Oneonta Soccer Clubers) is the Oneonta area's premier youth soccer development program. We feature two levels of training from 24 mos old up to six years of age. The program focuses on the relationship the child has with the sport. We seek to build passion in each child that will translate over to them wanting to develop their skill set.

At level two we focus on touching the ball more, giving more direction to focus the parent-child interaction on developing skills the child will need to play the game. Each and every session will always include free play, some instruction and way of engaging the child that allows them to be creative with their bodies.

Finally, at level three, we offer the child a more game-like experience. This is not a league and again focuses on touches on the ball, finishing on the goal and for the first time introducing the child to a real pitch. Oneonta Soccer Club currently utilizes some of the best fields in the area and allocates space for this program every fall and spring.

PLAYER ELIGIBILITY : Level 2 (24-48 mos), Level 3 (4-6 years)
WHERE: Wright National Soccer Campus
WHEN: Level 2 (2-3 years) 930-1030 am, Level 3 (3-6 years) 1030-1130 pm
COST : $55/player registration fee (includes soccer ball)

Oneonta Soccer Club Player Development Academy

The Oneonta Soccer Club is pleased to endorse the 2nd Annual Player Development Academy taking place at the Wright National Soccer Campus. The Academy is geared towards players who want to take their game to the next level prior to their school season. As we say at The Academy, "I'm willing to do today what others won't, so tomorrow I can achieve what others can't". This four day program is for all players who are playing in their JV or Varsity season.

Each day will focus on specific areas that include; technical training, situational training, offensive and defensive training, physical fitness, mental toughness and personal growth.

Each day will follow a routine schedule that begins with a simple skill and progressing to situational small sided play. Players will then have a break to engage in the Academy Mindset program. This part of the program is meant to give players a chance to do some self reflection about how they can engage the game differently through personal change. This will be followed by lunch, an afternoon Ted Talk, Soccer Tennis or SpotKick play and then scrimmage. Each day will also feature a theme and the week will end with a picnic lunch catered by Sloan's Restaurant.

The Academy is looking to elevate the game for all soccer players in the local area who want something more than the traditional camp-like experience.

The TOUCH Academy is a 4-day high-energy footskills training program designed for players U8 and up who want to sharpen their technical ability, grow their confidence, and elevate their performance before the fall season.

This isn’t just about drills — it’s about developing complete players through focused, high-rep training, guided decision-making, and real-time feedback in a fun, competitive environment.
