The Manatee Wildcats is a Pop Warner Football and Cheer program that was established by Dr. Charles A. Tomeo in 1986.  The Manatee Wildcats Football and Cheer programs compete in the FYD Tampa Conference in the Southeast Region of Pop Warner. In 2015 the Manatee Wildcats expanded to operate a Boys and Girls Lacrosse program that competes during the spring in the Florida Gulf Coast Lacrosse League. The Manatee Wildcats practice and play their home games on Nick Pagnotta Field at Dr. Charles A. Tomeo Stadium located at GT Bray Park in Bradenton, FL.
