The Jr Bulldog Spring Flag league is co-ed and open to both beginner and experienced players. We meet once per week for practice, followed by games, making it easy to fit flag football into your spring schedule.   The fundamentals taught in flag not only develop your athlete, but also directly transfer to tackle, including catching, throwing, formations, routes, and defensive skills.
