Registration for the 2026 season is now open!

We are a non-profit association for the youth of Bellefonte Area School District from ages 5-13 who are interested in playing football or cheerleading.


Cheer Program Description: 

This is a sideline youth cheerleading program for participants ages 5 to 13 with participants placed on squads based on age and skill level.

Participants cheer at weekly football games and will have the opportunity to participate in a year end competition.

Divisions are as follows:

Flag is a beginner level comprised of 5, 6 and 7 year old participants

Pee Wee is comprised of 8 and 9 year old participants with the opportunity for 7 year old participants to move up at the discretion of the coaching staff

Senior is comprised of 10, 11 and 12/13 year old participants who are in 6th grade and ineligible to participate in junior high cheerleading

Practices will begin no earlier than August 1st and are generally 1 to 2 days per week . Please note additional practices may be added for those cheerleaders choosing to participate in the year end competition

Cheer registration for all divisions (flag, pee wee and senior) will remain open through June 5, 2026.


Football Program Descriptions: 

Flag Football: Beginner level flag football program for participants ages 5 thru 7. Program participants will be divided evenly amongst teams with team sizes generally 13 participants or less.

Practices will begin no earlier than August 1st with the flag teams generally practicing 2 or 3 days per week. Games will be played weekly on Sunday beginning the last week of August and continue through late October. We will not play games on Labor Day weekend.


Tackle Football: 

Tackle football program for participants ages 7 thru 13. Program participants are divided into two levels, Pee Wee and Senior based on their age as of July 31st of the current year.

Within those two levels players will have the opportunity to participate as either a JV or Varsity player based on skill level as determined by the coaching staff.

Pee Wee Football encompasses those participants who are ages 7, 8 & 9

Senior Football encompasses those participants who are ages 10, 11 & 12 / 13 year old participants who are in 6th grade and ineligible to participate in junior high football

Practices will begin no later than August 1st with the tackle teams generally practicing Monday thru Thursday every week. Games will be played weekly beginning the last week of August and continue through late October. We will not play games on Labor Day weekend.

Varsity players in both the Pee Wee and Senior level will play games on Sunday

JV players at the Senior level will play games on Tuesday evening and Pee Wee level will play on Wednesday evening


Football registration for all divisions (flag, pee wee and senior) will remain open through August 1, 2026 or until teams are full.
