Franklin County Baseball, Inc. is a non-profit, volunteer organization which is co-sponsored by the Franklin County Parks and Recreation Department.  Our purpose is to provide an opportunity for Franklin County children to play under Pony and Dixie League rules, to learn the game of baseball, improve their skills and confidence, promote self-respect and respect for others, within a safe, fun and nurturing environment.
