We offer the opportunity for young athletes in the Smithville community to participate in flag football, tackle football and cheerleading. We are organized for the purpose of developing the fundamentals of all aspects of football and cheer to promote sportsmanship at the highest level and provide a competitive but fun environment for the youth of Smithville School District.

Registration occurs from May - July. Practices start at the beginning of August and games start in September. The season concludes at the end of October (flag) or the first week in November (tackle) depending on the team your athlete plays for. 

Coaching is a volunteer position, but it requires training, background check and approval by the Board to participate. We are a USA Football affiliated organization with the our league, Kansas City Football and Cheer for tackle football. Our flag program is affiliated with the Platte County Youth Football League and our cheer program is an independent team associated with our organization, Smithville Warriors Youth Football.
