In January of 2004 a group of like minded individuals met for the first time in an effort to establish a new unlimited weight football league to fill a void in the local community. As a result of that meeting, Peachtree Area Football League was started.

Word quickly spread of the mission and direction of the new league and shortly after the first meeting, over 3 dozen new teams joined our league. Today we have over 200 active teams and continue to grow.
