Open to boys and girls ages 5-14
No prior experience necessary
Runs from November to March
In addition to Dundee Highlanders registration fee, a USA Wrestling membership must be purchased
Practice Location: Dundee Crown High School
ROOKIE WRESTLING REGISTRATION
Open to first year wrestlers aged 8 years old and below.
1 hour Practice twice a week
Participants can be promoted to Bronze group
COMPETITIVE WRESTLING TEAM
Open to wrestlers with 1+ year experience or are 9 years old and above.
Hour and a half practice 3 days a week.
Guest technique coaches throughout season
