2025 Off Season Wrestling

OFF SEASON WILL BE SPLIT IN 3 LEVELS

ROOKIE: Wednesday 5:30-7

This group is for brand new wrestlers wanting to learn the fundamentals of wrestling & tumbling

WHITE (40 lbs - 100 lbs): Tuesday & Thursday 5:30-7

BLACK (101 lbs - 275 lbs): Tuesday & Thursday 7-8:30

Each week will have a different skill focus, calendar will be released

WHITE & BLACK LEVELS ARE FOR EXPERIENCED WRESTLERS ONLY

STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING: Wednesday 7 - 8

Open to WHITE & BLACK levels only. Must have wrestling AND gym shoes.

USA WRESTLING CARD IS REQUIRED
