We are made up of past players, youth football coaches, youth football commissioners, and youth football managers in some of the nation's most well-recognized youth football leagues. The NFL Flag Football and Cheer is based in Los Angeles County serving the entire South Bay and adjacent communities to come out and enjoy the great game of flag football. Located in the South Bay the NFL Flag Football and Cheer program is a non-tackle, low impact program that welcomes all youth’s at any skill level and ages from 6 years old up through High School. The league is run by a team of football savvy practical and hands-on experienced coaching staff, support staff, and board members. Each member has years of direct football experience from the coaches to the commissioners and board members. The league is run in association with the NFL flag football model, rules, and regulations.
