Washington Court House Little League is excited to announce that our minor league division (ages 7-9) will be a hybrid combination of kid and coach pitch. Every child will begin their at bat against another child pitching. Once the pitcher reaches 4 pitches, assuming the batter has not hit or struck out, a coach will step in to finish the count. The goal of the hybrid model will better prepare our athletes as they go from the minor division to the major division. At the end of our season coaches will select a designated number of athletes to represent their team as Minor League All-Stars. Children that were allowed to play in the minor league division as a 10 year old will not be eligible for all star selection.
