Meet Our Team


Brad Boas - President

Brad grew up playing football in Seymour. Football took Brad to Wabash College, where he and his team brought home the Little Giants' first NCAC Championship and were later inducted into the Wabash College Hall of Fame. Brad has settled in Seymour with his wife Ashley and their three boys, where he works as a Regional Director for Yokohama Tire Corporation. Brad and his family attend Immanuel Lutheran Church. Aside from tires and football, Brad is a private pilot and enjoys taking friends and family on adventures. His passion for faith, family, and football led Brad to lead the Board of TYFL to bring a Christ-centered football program to youth in Southern Indiana.




Drew Storey - Vice President

Drew was born in Seymour and grew up with a passion for sports. Drew excelled in football where he helped bring his class of ‘02 to an astonishing record of 43-6 over his 4 years at SHS. Drew works for an engineering firm headquartered out of Delaware called The Kercher Group. Drew also serves the City of Seymour as an At-Large City Council member. He and his wife, Kari, along with their three children, Kinsley, Dysen, and Kollins, attend Immanuel Lutheran Church. Drew's passion for football as a former athlete for many of Seymour's legendary coaches has driven him to help lead a faith based football program giving back to the youth of our community.



Abby Schult - Secretary

Abby is the odd woman out - she’s never played football in her life! But she believes in the mission of TYFL and is excited to be part of building a program that combines sports and faith. Abby grew up in Seymour and attended Immanuel Lutheran School and Trinity Lutheran High School. She graduated in 2018 and went on to IUPUI where she earned her Bachelors in Human Resource Management. She played volleyball and basketball at Trinity, and is currently a Girl's Basketball Coach at Trinity. Abby is married to Jacob, her high school sweetheart, and they reside in Seymour with their three dogs, where they attend Zion Lutheran Church. She works in HR at Toyota Material Handling and operates a small jewelry making business on the side. Abby focuses on growing TYFL's social media presence, marketing TYFL in the surrounding area, and assisting with fundraising and vendors. 




Collin Ulrey - Treasurer

Collin grew up in Seymour, where he attended Seymour High School prior to earning his bachelor's degree from Indiana University. A licensed CPA, Collin is an Accounting Manager at Toyota Material Handling. He and his wife, Alexa, are members of Immanuel Lutheran Church, where their three kids Brennan, Avery, and Reese also attend school. Collin is excited to be a part of an organization that provides our area youth with an opportunity to learn the game of football in a supportive, faith-based environment. 





Dr. Tim Von Fange - Director of Player Safety and Accreditation

Tim is a Jackson County native and graduate of Seymour High School. His football experience came in college and beyond where he was captain of flag football teams throughout college at Indiana University - Bloomington and later medical school at Indiana University School of Medicine - Indianapolis. He and his wife Lindsey and their three children are happy to be back home where he serves as a Sports Medicine Physician at Columbus Regional Health Orthopedics and Sports Medicine. Tim and his family attend St. John's White Creek Lutheran Church. He has a passion for working with athletes from all walks of life, all skill levels, and all ages. This passion is part of what brought him to serve as Director of Player Safety and Accreditation with TYFL.

 



Anne Stahl - Director of Fundraising and New Business Development

Anne grew up in Seymour attending Seymour High School. After high school, Anne attended IUPUI where she earned a Bachelors degree in kinesiology and a Masters of Science degree in Occupational Therapy.  After 10 years of practice as an Occupational Therapist, Anne has recently joined her husband, Chris Stahl, in their family business at Stahl Insurance Group. TYFL is fortunate to have Anne on the board who is working closely her with husband in their expertise in business development and customer service. Serving the greater Seymour area, Anne is passionate about giving back to her community and the youth all throughout. Anne and Chris have two daughters, Caroline and Aubrey. They attend Immanuel Lutheran Church where Anne has severed as a Sunday school teacher, on the board of parish education, and most recently helped chair a successful capital campaign.







Jodi Goecker - Director of Flag League Division

Jodi grew up in Seymour, attending Immanuel Lutheran School and Trinity Lutheran High School. She graduated from Trinity in 2018 and went on to attend Ball State, where she earned her Bachelors degree in Accounting. Jodi has loved football her entire life, so much that she played tackle in 5th grade at Immanuel. She works at Blue & Co., LLC as an Audit Staff Accountant. Jodi is excited to work with local kids and teach them how to play the game. Jodi is a lifelong member of Immanuel Lutheran Church. Jodi loves being a part of the growth at Trinity and is excited for the future of Trinity Football.






Justin Hamm - Director of Coaches

Justin is a 2001 graduate of Seymour High School, where he excelled in both football and track. He went on to attend college at the University of Indianapolis where he majored in education. He then taught and coached football, basketball, and baseball at Pike Township for 5 years. Justin and his wife, Kayla, along with their two children, Delaney and Braxton, reside in Seymour. He works for Particle Dynamics, a pharmaceutical company, and served as a Coach during TYFL's 2021 season. Justin's passion for the game and eagerness to guide and coach the youth of the community is what he is looking forward to bringing to TYFL.

 



Clayton Darlage - Ex-officio

Clayton is a 2002 graduate of Seymour High School. Going on to play for the Franklin College Grizzlies, Clayton was a four-year starter receiving several accolades to include multiple All-Conference First Teams, Defensive Player of the Year, Dr. John Woner Mental Attitude Award, and more. A lifelong member of St. John's Lutheran Church Sauers, Clayton has served the church and school in various leadership positions. Having taught in Columbus and Seymour for a total of 12 years, Clayton became Principal at Trinity Lutheran High School in 2018 and was admitted into the commissioned ministry of the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod in March of 2020. Clayton is married to his wife, Brittany, and has three children, Olivia, Charlotte, and Luther. Having played and coached both football and basketball for nearly 20 years, Clayton has been instrumental in bringing a Christ-centered football program to our area youth.
