The Friends of False River Park, is a group of community volunteers asking for your support of our parish sponsored recreation program.  Exciting things are happening at Pointe Coupee Parks and Recreation, including a plan to completely remodel our baseball fields, softball fields, and concession stand.  This collaboration between parish government, private businesses, and citizens will help make our park system become up-to-date, safer, and a more attractive venue for hosting events. 

Recently, thanks to the generosity of the New Roads Lions Club, volunteers spent several weekends working on Field 3 making upgrades which we intend to continue at the remaining fields and concession stand.  The ability to complete these future projects depends greatly on sponsorship's. Attached is a breakdown of naming/advertising options. We ask that you please consider supporting the Pointe Coupee Parks and Recreation program.
