Oregon Youth Soccer Association is partnering with Oregon Premier Futsal and Tualatin Indoor Soccer to provide futsal leagues in the Portland Metro Area.Why Futsal?With limited space and constant opponent pressure, futsal demands a superior ball control, fast footwork and precise passing. The countries with more futsal World Cups are Brazil and Spain, two of the countries with players that show those characteristics in soccer too. Pele, Maradona, Messi, Ronaldo and Ronaldinho among others, grew up playing futsal.
