-Save copy of certificate at end of course and upload a copy during Step 2.

STEP 3: Complete City of Vineland Background Check

Open and print the city background check form by clicking the link below.

Complete steps on form and sign up for fingerprint appointment.
After attending your fingerprint appointment, bring receipt to VSA._

NOTE: If you completed the City of Vineland Background check within the last 3 years you can skip this step.
