Player, Parent and Guest Code of Conduct

The North Adams Football Organization is committed to providing all players a safe, fun, and educational sports experience. This Code of Conduct is for players and parents to help insure a positive experience for all. Players, Parents, Guests are responsible for their own behavior. However, in the event of a player, parents, or guest that fails to follow the Code of Conduct, the NAFO Board members on the field or the Referee may stop the game and assess a team an unsportsmanlike behavior penalty. If poor behavior continues it could result in the forfeiture of the game. While it is unfair that an entire team be punished for the behavior of a single individual this is our initial way to try and redirect those acting inappropriately.

The NAFO cannot and will not allow any persons participating or attending a practice or games to behave in an unacceptable manner. Because of the possibility that someone besides a player may cost the team to a forfeit a game, we feel it is only fair to inform you of these rules prior to the season and to get your signature to behave appropriately. These rules are in place to provide a positive, fun atmosphere for all parties involved with the NAFO and we appreciate your cooperation in supporting our code of conduct.
