Summer Lacrosse Training Advanced Group


You will participate in focused technical, fitness, and speed, agility, training in a small group to prepare yourself for the upcoming lacrosse season.

Your group will meet three times a week for an intense 90 minute training session. Your group will be limited by age, 12-15, and limited by size to ensure a quality session.


Boys and Girls 

Ages 11-15


You will be working with professionally licensed coaches. Your coaches have extensive playing and coaching experience at the high school, club, and college level.

Your coaches undergo an extensive background check, CPR training, concussion training, and child safety training to ensure your experience is welcoming, safe, and professional.
