Camp Policies
Refund Policy:
The Company may make the decision to cancel a Session at any time, in its sole discretion, but will make every effort not to cancel a Session less than seven (7) days prior to the Session start date. If the Company makes the decision to cancel a Session prior to the Session start date, Camper will have the option to: (i) get a full credit toward any future Camp or clinic offered by the Company within twelve (12) months of the cancellation Session; (ii) get a refund of money paid less a 5% online and administrative processing fee; or (iii) roll money paid into another Session. If the Company makes the decision to cancel a Session after its start date, but before completion, Camper will be refunded a pro-rata amount based on the actual number of days of instruction, less a 5% online and administrative processing fee.
Requests for refunds will be treated as follows:
If Camper needs to cancel a registration, for any reason, up until fifteen (15) calendar days prior to the Session start date, Camper will be given a full credit to any future Company Camp or clinic.
If cancelled fourteen (14) calendar days or less prior to the Session start date, Camper will be given a 50% credit to any future Company Camp or clinic.
No credits/refunds will be issued after the Session start date.
Medical issues/death in the family will be fully refunded on a case by case basis with appropriate documentation at the sole discretion of the Company.
Heat Policy:
The risk of heat related illness from vigorous sports activity increases with the temperature. The body generates heat which cannot be dissipated readily when the ambient temperature exceeds 85 degrees F, depending upon the humidity. Hot weather is considered at any point where the Heat Index reaches or exceeds 90. Each Camper shall make his/her own decision as to the Athlete’s fitness to participate in Camp. However, Coaches should follow the following procedures based on conditions:
Heat Index up to 89°: Normal Play. Regular hydration patterns
Heat index of 90°- 95°: Mandatory water breaks every 25 minutes.
Heat index of 96°-102°: Mandatory water breaks every 15 minutes.
Heat index over 103° (at start of training): All outside activity cancelled
Weather Cancellation Policy:
In the unlikely event that a weather-related issue develops having the potential of affecting a camp session. The Company will contact all registrants’ parents/guardians with the necessary information in as timely a manner as possible. If three (3) or more days are cancelled out of any Camper’s Session due to weather, Camper will be issued a pro-rata credit to any future camp or program offering.
Media Release Policy:
The Company reserves the right to use photographs, video, voice, and likeness of Athletes without compensation. The media obtained by the Company may be used on its website, social media, publications, etc. By participating in the Camp, Campers agree to the following statement: I grant the Company, and their respective successors and assign the perpetual worldwide and royalty-free rights to use Athlete’s voice, photograph, and likeness in any media related to my performance in or observation of the club including, without limitation, a videotape recording of such programming without compensation to me, or my personal representatives, assigns, heirs, children, dependents, spouse and relatives.
Athlete Pick-Up Policy:
Camp coaches are required to stay at the field until the last player is picked up. This policy applies to all Athletes and is designed to ensure each Athlete’s safety. Additionally, all coaches are requested to have a “two deep” player policy, meaning, coaches should never find themselves in a position of being alone with a minor. As a result, it is important that parents and guardians drop off and pick up their Athletes from practice, games and activities on time. The Company may offer before and aftercare services at additional charge during specified times for specified camps. Otherwise, there will be a fifteen (15) minute grace period for pick-up. After the fifteen (15) minute grace period there will be a $1 per minute charge due at the time of pick-up.
Harassment, Intimidation and Bullying:
The Company is committed to a safe and civil educational environment for all Campers, Athletes, coaches, employees, volunteers, and patrons, free from harassment, intimidation, or bullying. Bullying and bullying-related behaviors (e.g. cyber-bullying, intimidation, harassment, hazing, etc.) are unacceptable behaviors. Such behaviors are strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated. All Athletes and their parents or guardians should deal with all persons in a manner that conveys respect for individuals regardless of race, color, marital status, political affiliation, national origin, creed, religion, sex, age, or disability. Campers found to be in violation of this policy shall be subject to discipline which may include removal from the Camp as well as suspension or expulsion from future Camps and clinics. Any demeaning form of on-field or off-field hazing or harassment shall subject the Athlete to expulsion from the Session or Camp, in Company’s sole discretion
Right to Refuse Policy:
Camps are open to any and all entrants, limited only by number of participants, and age. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse an Athlete’s participation in the Camp for any reason or no reason, provided however, that the Company will not refuse an Athlete’s participation based on any protected characteristic, including, but not limited to, race, color, national origin, age, disability, sex, gender identity, religion, reprisal, political beliefs, marital status, familial or parental status, sexual orientation, or if all or part of an individual’s income is derived from any public assistance programs or other legally protected status.
