OUR MISSION:
The ASC will develop the soccer players of the future in a strong, nurturing soccer environment that constantly encourages fun, safety, good sportsmanship and development of the player as a responsible member of society. To achieve this mission statement, the club will strive to develop the best coaches, training regiment, volunteer network and organization; all targeted with the same goal of “Doing what’s best for the players of the Adams Soccer Club”.

ABOUT US:
The Adams Soccer Club is wholly reliant on volunteer labor to complete its mission. This is a great opportunity to have an active role in your child’s development and really make a difference. The Executive Board is especially looking for volunteers from the U-10 and U-12 ranks...you are the future.

AFFILIATION:
The Adams Soccer Club is an active member of the Berkshire County Youth Soccer League (BCYSL) and an insured member of the Massachusetts Youth Soccer Association (MYSA).

CLUB FINANCES:
The financial records of the Adams Soccer Club are maintained by the club Treasurer and reported to the Executive Board. Should the need arise, an audit committee will be formed to review the clubs finances annually.

INSURANCE:
ASC players and coaches, as well as all volunteers, are covered by MYSA insurance. The club will obtain appropriate insurance coverage for fundraisers and other events if needed.

KIDSAFE PROGRAM:
The Massachusetts Youth Soccer Association (MYSA) Kidesafe Program mandates that CORI (Criminal Offender Record Information) checks be done on all adults this year and then to put all organizations on a three-year staggered cycle while continuing to process new volunteers. All coaches and volunteers need to fill out MYSA registration forms and write in their SS# on the form.
