Cheer practices are held Tuesdays and Thursdays. Times vary by team.
All teams practice 6-8
Game Day Cheerleaders practice mid July- August and attend games and parades. Their schedule will stay the regular Tues/Thurs with the exception of a side line clinic where the cheerleaders learn the cheers.
All In Cheerleaders will have extra events like competition/performances that require extra practices. Your coach will provide you a schedule ahead of time in order for your cheerleader to be present.
Failure to make these practices can result to your cheerleader not performing.
Cheer has mandatory work days!
During the season parents will need to work one game per registered athlete. If you cannot be there, anyone can take your place. These hours can count towards your volunteer hours if you choose to do so. The sign up link will be posted to team Facebook groups.
Want to get ahead?
Get acquainted to a coach on your squad and they can send you resources for the season such as videos for the side line cheers and much more!
