Orange Soccer is a weekly program designed to allow young players to develop their soccer skill in a fun and relaxed environment.

Every Sunday during the season, teams of approx. 6-8 players are led through ~15 minutes of skill building exercises, followed by 45-60 minutes of game time depending on the age group. Teams are coached by parent volunteers and officiated by experienced referees.

Game Day Attire

Players will be provided a team T-Shirt on the first day of the season.

Players must wear shin guards and sneakers (soccer cleats are optional).

Players should bring their own practice ball with their name on it and water.

They may wear shorts or athletic pants depending on the weather.

Cancellations

Soccer is an all-weather sport and will be played in light rain conditions.

Any cancellations will be communicated via group e-mail and on our Facebook page.

FALL 2025 SEASON INFORMATION

SUNDAYS

September 28th  through November 16th 

Team Divisions, Game Time and Location

Teams are made up mostly by the Grade the child currently is in for the spring. We do it this way so that players potentially know each other from the classroom. Due to team make up limitations we cannot honor any request. All players in each age group play at the same time and field each Sunday. 

* Children must be 4 years old by September 28, 2025
** All times and locations are subject to change based on the number of registered players

FALL Practice Clinics

In addition to the Sunday program, we offer free clinics at Fred Wolfe Park (300 Hollow Rd, Orange CT) to all In-house enrolled players. These sessions are organized by Sterling Smith, an Amity Travel Soccer tenured coach and run by him and his staff. Players bring their own ball with their name on it, water and must wear shin guards and sneakers (soccer cleats are optional). Times may change due to daylight. 

The fee for the FALL 2025 season is:

$110 for the Season when you register by September 7th 11:59pm

Register September 8th through September 19th 11:59pm the fee is $125

Orange Soccer is successful because of all the great volunteers we have.

Please consider coaching your child's team. Pre-season training is available for 1st time coaches. In order to coach, please register your child and also yourself. If you are a first time volunteer you will need to enter your birthdate and info, so that the Connecticut Junior Soccer Association may run a free background check.
