Academy teams are all players ages U5 - U6 (Born in 2019 or 2020) training on the same evening(s). Academy players are not assigned to one specific coach but to a Coaching Staff. The Academy format pools all players together, allowing the staff to focus on developing your player's skills. At the beginning of the Academy program players will be grouped together by age and then as the sessions progress the players will be grouped together by skill level.
