OPEN TO BOYS AND GIRLS BORN BETWEEN AUG 1, 2012 AND JULY 31, 2019
TRYOUTS GRADING ON 5 CORE PILLARS:
Technical Ability: Your first touch, passing accuracy under pressure, ball control, and shooting technique.
Tactical Intelligence: Your spatial awareness, decision-making on and off the ball, and positioning.
Physical Traits: Your overall match fitness, raw speed, agility, and balance.
Psychological Attitude: How you respond immediately after losing the ball or making a mistake, your body language, and your coachability.
Social Skills: Your work rate, vocal communication, and how effectively you support and encourage your temporary teammates.
