COACH TONY CADDEN

Coach Tony Cadden was recently inducted into the 2019 Charleston Baseball Hall of Fame.

1973, 1974 , 1975 Member of 3 State Championship High School Baseball
teams at Country Day High School 

1976, 1977 played second base at North Greenville College 

1988, 1989 Coached College baseball summer league 

1989 Coached South Carolina College All Stars in Summer College World Series in Cincinnati, Ohio 

1990 thru 2010 Coached West Ashley American Legion Baseball team.

(100+ of his players went on to play college baseball & 12 players went on to play baseball professionally) 

2000 to 2006 Became an Associate Scout for the Texas Rangers 

2007 to present Associate Scout for the New York Mets On the varsity baseball coaching staff at 

Porter Gaud High School for the last several years 

2019 Inductee Charleston Baseball Hall of Fame
