Join the growing Saline FC Travel Program in 2020/2021!  If you have any questions, please contact Leigh Rumbold, Director of Coaching and Player Development or Carol Paszkiewicz, Director of Travel at [email protected].

There will be NO in-person 2020/2021 Travel tryouts per MSYSA's Travel Team Formation Policy. A zoom meeting for current Travel players took place on Wednesday, May 6th at 6:30pm to explain the new procedures. A zoom meeting for our current Recreational players who are interested in Travel soccer took place on Friday, May 8th at 6:30pm.

May 22nd:
It's imperative for everyone interested in playing Travel soccer for Saline FC to register online for Tryouts in GotSoccer. Since we will not have in-person tryouts, this is the only way for our coaches to know who is interested and committed to play for Saline FC and the only information they have to form teams at each age group.

May 25th:
Videos are due for existing recreational Saline FC players. This is optional for current Saline FC travel players. Make a video of your player like demonstrated in these instructional videos and send it to Leigh Rumbold, Director of coaching: [email protected].

June 1st:
Contracts will be offered to those Saline FC Players who registered for tryouts and have been selected for a team.

June 13th:
Contracts will be offered to players from other clubs who registered for tryouts and have been selected for a team. Videos are due on June 13th for players who are not currently Saline FC travel or recreational players. Make a video of your player like demonstrated in these instructional videos and send it to Leigh Rumbold, Director of coaching: [email protected].

June 15th:
The first payment or the discounted full payment will be due June 15th.  The registration rates will not change for the 2020-2021 soccer year.

June 24th from 6:30-7:30pm:

Travel player registration fees are non-refundable after July 15, 2020. Prior to that date, players may request a full refund. Mid-year refunds may be granted, with Executive Committee approval, under either of the two following conditions:

1) Player is injured. If a player is injured, the player may request a refund for unused portions of the registration fees. If a player has started a season (i.e. fall, winter, spring or summer camp) then the fees for the current session will not be refunded. Also, injury refunds will only be granted after a player has presented Saline FC with a signed note from a medical doctor indicating that the player may not participate in any sports. Players will not be granted a refund if they are able to play other sports.

2) A player has moved further than 50 miles from Saline, Michigan. If a player moves within a season (i.e. fall, winter, spring or summer camp) then the fees for the current session will not be refunded. Only unused portions of the registration fees will be refunded. Note that transfer to a different club due to moving will need to be handled within WSSL or Premier and conform to league transfer rules.
