Ohio Grays

This organization has been created by Coach Nick Kaplack who has served the Medina Community as a baseball coach for 24 years and has been a Division 1 Head Varsity Coach for 15.  Over those years of coaching much has been learned about the dynamics of youth baseball and how things work on and off the field.   
This program is being designed to promote proper instruction, work ethic, a winning attitude, speed, agility, respectful young men, comradery, and fun.  No kid has ever quit baseball after hitting a home run and no kid has ever had a fun time losing every game.  With that being said we want to strive for personal success as well as team success. 
We want to do all of this while striving to eliminate drama and politics which have become the off field evils of many teams and programs.  In the end it is the Ohio Grays main goal to help make life long memories for each player and family!
