WE ARE IMPROVING AS A CLUB, BUT WE WANT TO BE BETTER. BELOW IS A LIST OF THE CURRENT BOARD MEMBERS AND THE ROLES THEY VOLUNTEER WITH. WE DESPERATELY STILL NEED MORE BOARD MEMBERS WILLING TO TAKE ON THESE ROLES:

- Assistant Registrar - helps process registrations for rec programs and travel teams each season, preparing rosters for CJSA approvals. Helps set up online registrations prior to each season

- Assistant Fields/Equipment coordinator - ensure fields are correctly set up before each weekend of games (flags, sand bags, lining, goal condition etc) - liaise with Fields Manager and Equipment Manager and Parks and Rec staff that maintain fields

- CJSA and Safesport Compliance Officer - Ensures volunteer coaches have necessary certification and background checks to be allowed on field. Injury protocol point of contact for team coaches to reach to, Safesport protocol on reporting abuse of players/coaches/referees to Safesport (incident report).

- Website Manager - Maintains GSC website and updates with photos, news, events etc

- Director of Coaching - Volunteer team head coach that oversees club curriculum to ensure all teams are developing players to the minimum standards, and share coaching advice and info for those wishing to gain further training and certification from US Soccer. Attend CJSA or United Soccer conferences

- Assistant DOC - Help DOC with role

- Fundraising Coordinator - Liaise with town police on raffle permit, scope and seek out opportunities for club to raise more funds to support programs, offer new ones and keep costs down for Groton families

- U6-U8 Recreational Program Coordinator - Set up and support, in conjunction with Community Atheletic Solutions, club's recreational soccer activities for ages 3-7.

Duties: U6-U8 Recreational Program coordinator, Accepting Registrations, Roster Management, Compliance, Winter Futsal, Hiring Trainers, Coaching Management

Treasurer - Vincent Yevoli
Duties: Managing Accounts, Referee Payments, Budget

Secretary/Referee Assignor - Adam Phaiah
Duties: Assigns Referees, Referee Mentoring, Agendas, Minute Keeping, Manages Written Correspondence

Marketing/Social Media - Jennifer Meakem
Duties: Community Outreach, Social Media Management, Advertising, Fundraising

Assistant Registrar - Amy Lamoureux
Duties: Accepting Registrations, Coach/Player Compliance, Player Rosters  

Field Manager - Hazel Levine
Duties: Fields Permitting, Practice & Game Scheduling, Town Liaison for Lining and Shared Equipment Usage

Equipment/Uniform Manager - Ryan Magee
Duties: Field and Coaching Equipment Ordering and Management, GSC Store, Club Website, Uniforms and Gear

Club Historian - Tim Cieplik
Duties: Analyzes Current Club Activities in Relation to Previous Events to Provide Additional Insight
