I grew up in Littleton, CO and played competitive soccer and tennis.  I became a nationally ranked junior tennis player and competed at #1 singles all four years for LHS, earning the State Championship along the way.  I went on to play division 1 tennis at the University of Oklahoma, ending with multiple All-American and  All-Conference selections.  I am the owner of Fit and Fuel, athletic performance for adults and youth, and a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer.  Using my passion, knowledge, and experience in health and fitness, I want to help athletes reach their full potential, physically and mentally.

Doctorate of Physical Therapy and Bachelor’s in Science in Exercise Science. Odyssey was built to provide resources and soccer-specific services to athletes that strive to get back on the pitch better and more resilient than before.  As a performance physical therapy clinic, we gear all rehab to the individual needs of the player, as well as create training and game-like situations to ensure there is no question as to what they are able to tolerate.  This approach to rehab allows everyone involved to push for improvements and full return to play as quickly and as safely as possible, raising the performance threshold for the athletes.
