NESA provides a structured soccer developmental pathway for youth soccer players from U6 to U19 and our club players compete with and against some of the best players in the state.
We have structured a player development pathway that is designed to provide exactly what each individual needs, taking into account as they grow their chronological age, their physical size and their maturation level.
Our Foundation Phase players focus on the individual skill development building blocks that they will need to become comfortable on the ball with both feet. At this stage our focus is on the individual.
Our Youth Development Phase teams continue to hone the fundamental skills previously learned while tactical and game related practice is introduced to enable them to cope with all aspects of the game.
Our College Pathway Phase teams continue to enhance their tactical understanding of the game as they embark on a year round individually tailored plan to aid and guide them through the processes of college identification and recruitment.
