Practices are one night a week for one and half hour. Academy style practice with a curriculum. Coaching directors will be onsite to help/guide our volunteer coaches.

Focus will be on combination passing/ possession,directional shooting, adding in counter attack tactics and defensive tactics, and understanding offside rules. 

There will also be a focus on shaping the best possible coaches for the pool program. Any player can join the pool team on Friday nights during Footskills practice.
