FREE Coaching Courses





HEY COACHES!!!!

We are excited to offer 7v7 and 11v11 US Soccer Grassroots License courses for NECONN coaches this
Spring. We are very grateful for the role of Volunteer Coaches within the NECONN and are excited to
provide you with opportunities to further your education in youth soccer coaching and continue to be
the best Role Models and Leaders for children in our community. 

As youth soccer coaches, we are charged with providing safe, fun and respectful environments, where
young athletes can develop their athleticism, soccer ability and life skills. The Grassroots courses will
provide an overview for the structure of training sessions using US Soccer's play-practice-play
methodology as well as providing insight and discussion into coaching training sessions, coaching games,
leading players and leading a team. 

Courses are 4 hours in total (2 hours online, 2 hours in person). NECONN will reimburse all volunteers.

both of the courses (completion of both courses will place candidates on pathway to be eligible for US
Soccer D License) 

Again to note, this course if free to you---the $65.00 you pay for course you take will be reimbursed by NECONN.  Please reach out if you have any questions regarding this.

7v7 - Virtual Classroom - Tuesday 28th March - 7pm-9pm
7v7 - Field Session - Saturday 1st April - 9am-11am

NECONN 11v11
11v11 US SOCCER COURSE
11v11 - Virtual Classroom - Thursday 30th March - 7pm-9pm 
11v11 Field Session - Saturday 1st April - 11am-1pm
