Spring Flag Football
The sports fee this year will be $150. ($25 non-refundable deposit, this will say Tryout Fee on your confirmation + $125)

  • Season usually runs April - June. Practices start in March.
  • Games are typically on Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Weeknights are possible.
  • Practices are To Be Determined by the coach's availability

2023 Fall Cross Country & 2024 Spring Track

Fall Cross Country
Season typically consists of 4 meets between October and Early November. Meets are on Sundays at Alley Pond Park.
Planned dates are: 10/1, 10/15, 10/22, and 10/29.
Rain dates: 11/5 and 11/12

Spring Track - Season typically consists of 4 meets between April - June. Meets are expected to be on Saturdays at Great Neck North High School.

Practices are To be Determined depending on Coach's availability. For Spring 2023 practices will be at Alley Pond Park on Tuesday's and Friday's at 5:15pm.

Age Ranges
Boys - Ages 5 (as of 9/1/23 for Cross Country, 4/1/24 for Spring Track) - 15 (must've turned 15 before 9/1/23)
Girls - Ages 5 (as of 9/1/23 for Cross Country, 4/1/24 for Spring Track) - 15 (must've turned 15 before 9/1/23)
