VOLUNTEERS - Please review the following:

1.  Complete the form using your LEGAL first and last name.
2.  You may register as a volunteer coach at the same time you are signing up a U6 through U14 player (the option is part of the process); you can return to your account to sign-up (Choose "Find Volunteer Roles");  or you can return with a separate adult account (Choose  "Register Myself/Volunteer"). 
3.  If you are a volunteer in U16/U19 or otherwise without a participating player, please only select "Register Myself/Volunteer."
