                                                       The Cherryville Dixie Girls Softball uses photographs and videos of players

                                                      for many purposes. Such photographs and videos may be used in newsletters,

                                                       on the organization's website, or in publications produced by the organization

                                                      about the organization. They may also be used by the local newspapers to add

                                                       a personal touch to stories. This form allows you as a parent or guardian to

                                                       choose whether the Cherryville Dixie Girls Softball organization may take

                                                          pictures or videos of your child.
