2024 Summer Camp

Welcome To Coach T Sports Summer Camp 2024!

Things to keep in mind:

Prompt payment is greatly appreciated. Payment plans are available by choosing the "Pay on due date option", which will allow you to pay two weeks prior to each camp week. Otherwise it will prompt you to pay right away. If you are signing up within two weeks of a camp week, payment is due when you sign up. Any cancellations or changes must be made in writing via email with at least two weeks notice prior to the camp week being changed or dropped. If we receive no notification you will still be held responsible for full payment. If we receive less than two week notice, the cancellation fee will be half the original price. Sign up closes for each camp week at 9pm the Friday prior to each week. If a camp week is full, you can still sign up and you will be placed on the wait list. You will be notified via email as soon as space becomes available. At that point you will be promoted to go in and pay, if you no longer wish to have the spot you must reply to email indicating so.

You will also receive a welcome to camp email the weekend before your child's camp week which will give you all the information you need for the week as well as the parent handbook and waiver.
