Fee: $85
Limited to 8 participants, registration may close prior to deadline if participants are fulfilled

Participants Provide: Winter Boots, Warm layers (No Cotton), Waterproof jacket and pants (Preferred), Beanie/hat, Wool Socks, Gloves/mittens, Snack/Lunch and water bottle, Small backpack for food/water and layers, Sunglasses.
Peak 7 will provide: all of the necessary gear for this trip including snowshoes.
Lunch will not be provided, so please pack a snack!

2026 Spring Recreational Soccer

Spring 2026 Season April 13 – May 30/31*
Practices start the week of April 13th, first game April 18th

The last game of the 2026 spring season will be scheduled on either Saturday, May 30th, or Sunday, May 31th, depending on field availability at Dwight Merkel.

Register on or before March 5th for priority placement. Coach and player requests may not be available after the deadline. Waitlist registration will open on March 6th
Note: Players who participated in the Fall 2025 League are already registered for the Spring League, so no additional registration is needed.

Practice Day(s): picked by the Volunteer Head Coach
2021-2018 practice once a week. 2017-2012s practice twice a week.
(If you need your player to practice on a specific day, please consider coaching the team.)
 
The player provides athletic gear appropriate for the weather, including a shirt, shorts, socks, shin guards (required), athletic shoes, or soccer cleats. Players will need their own labeled soccer ball (2021-2018 size 3; 2017-2014 size 4; 2013-2012, size 5), and a labeled water bottle.

SYSA provides: SYSA will provide a jersey top and socks for game days.
 
Volunteer Coaches: WE NEED SOCCER COACHES. If you played or understand soccer, we need you! All soccer coaches are volunteers. Please consider coaching. The Volunteer Head Coach will receive 50% off their player’s registration. The SYSA coaching curriculum is available. Coach’s kits are available (ball, cone, whistle, & bibs). Coaches must pass a national background check and complete three online trainings.
