Dear GMLLL Family,
We appreciate your patience, support and understanding during this unprecedented time. After careful consideration and much deliberation, the board has decided to cancel the 2020 Little League Season.
We know that this is a huge disappointment to all our families, sponsors and community.
We fully understand the economic situation that this pandemic has left many of our families in, so we want to offer a small bit of relief.
We will be giving all families the option of a FULL REFUND, or a FULL CREDIT towards Spring 2021 Season.
- If you paid by card, your refund will go back onto your card.
- If you paid by cash or check, we will be hand delivering all refund checks (due to the recent mail theft incidents in the area).
- Credits will be processed in the portal and an email receipt will be sent to you confirming that your transfer to the 2021 Season.
If you are not interested in a refund or credit and would like to donate your registration fee to the GMLLL Scholarship Fund, please let us know.
Please email us at [email protected] with your decision. If we don’t hear from you by June 1st, we will consider your registration fee a donation to the GMLLL Scholarship Fund.
In an attempt to bring a small bit of baseball joy to our players, we have decided to hand out this year’s team jerseys to all of our players as a small token of our gratitude and love of the game. More details to follow! We hope to see pictures of your awesome kiddos in their jerseys out practicing for next season! With your permission we will create a photo gallery on our website and Facebook page. We wish we could do more!
Summer is just around the corner and we encourage you to keep an eye out for more information as we will be scheduling several Movie on the Mound events, and even a Home Run Derby during the summer months (once all quarantine restrictions are lifted and it is safe to do so).
We are doing our best to keep the fields mowed and maintained so that families can use them during the off-season. If you are interested in helping us keep everything “Baseball Ready” – please let us know! If your family wants to use the fields during off-season we ask that you please make sure you pick up all trash, secure all gates and make sure nothing is damaged. We have had a lot of people donate their time and materials to the repair of our fields, so if you notice any problems at the field please contact us immediately.

Through their generosity we raised over $16,900. That allowed us to offer $2,500 in scholarships and family discounts, purchase new equipment and perform desperately needed repairs to the facilities.
However, we recognize the financial impact that the COVID-19 pandemic has had on our local businesses – therefore we will also be offering refunds and credits to our sponsors as well. We hope that if you have the opportunity you will help us support these local businesses!
