The Team Manager app has a built in messaging feature you can use to communicate with your team, but email may be a better option if not everyone has the app installed. You can send emails to your team through the mobile app which is probably a better option than the website when you are on go. Follow the steps below to enable email through the Team Manager.
Prerequisites:
1) You must have email enabled in the native Email app for your device (e.g. - Mail app for ios). NOTE, this does not prevent you from using other email apps like GMail and Yahoo.
2) You must add the same account to the native mail that is associated with your Team Manager account.
To enable native mail:
For the iPhone:
1) Go to Settings
-> Passwords & Accounts
2) Click on Add Account
and follow the prompts to add your email account to your phone
3) Select Mail, and deselect Contact, Calendars, Notes (these are optional, you can leave them enabled if you want)
4) Click Save
If you don't want email notifications from the Mail app (you use another email app for example):

-> Passwords & Accounts
2) Select the Mail
app from the list of apps
3) Select the account you wish to control
