Answers to Most Commonly Asked Questions

Where are Tournament Headquarters?

This year our tournament headquarters for all age groups (U09-U19) is at Kasch Park (8811 Airport Rd, Everett, WA 98204). Coaches need to check in on Saturday between 8 AM - 1 PM with their signed medical releases and/or signed rosters if needed.

Where should my team check-in?

All teams must check in at the Tournament Headquarters between 8 AM - 1 PM on Saturday, November 19, 2022.

You will receive your team packets at tournament check-in. There is no Team Check-in on Friday!

What do I need to bring?

To check-in you will need:
A team roster with player name, birthdate and WA St player number signed by your Club Registrar
All rosters must clearly identify guest players, and all guest players must be age appropriate and be duly registered with Washington Youth Soccer or other appropriate affiliated organization.
Signed medical release forms for each participating player, including guest players. These will be checked and returned to the coach/manager. Each team must have signed medical releases with the coach on the field of each game.
Medical Release forms can be obtained from: Medical Release Form. You can also ask your club or association registrar.

How many games is our team guaranteed?

Our U9 and U10 teams are guaranteed four games--three games are played jamboree-style with the fourth game being a "like vs like" game chosen by our tournament director.

Our U11-U16 teams are guaranteed three games with the possibility of a fourth game if your team makes it to the championship game.

Both teams must report scores for all game, so they can be verified.

U11-U16 Finals:

Immediately after all Final games both teams should report to Tournament Headquarters to receive their awards.

U9-U10 Competition:

U9-U10 games will be monitored by referees and tournament officials. Based on our objective observations, we will do our best to create a fourth game that matches teams of like ability. This will, hopefully, create a final game that feels like a "championship game" for every team!

Each U9-U10 player will get a participatory memento from the tournament. The medals will be given to coaches at check-in. Coaches are then able to distribute amongst their players immediately following the teams' fourth games.

Turkey Shoot rules of play and competition:

Rules for the Tournament are interpreted in the following order:
Turkey Shoot

WA State Youth Soccer
FIFA

How do we find our Tournament Standings?
