All reports of violations of any of the USA Basketball SafeSport policies or any violations of this SafeSport Program Handbook shall be made to USA Basketball. Additionally, suspicions or allegations of child physical or sexual abuse may, and in some cases must, be made to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.

To report a SafeSport violation, please fill out the USA Basketball ONLINE FORM, email [email protected] or call 719-590-4800. Additionally, you may report a SafeSport violation directly to the U.S. Center for SafeSport.

It is critical that reporting parties not attempt to evaluate the credibility or validity of child physical or sexual abuse allegations as a condition for or prior to reporting their concerns.
