Impact Leadership Christian Academy Athletics are required to annually conduct a background check of: Coaches, Board Members and any other persons, volunteers or hired workers, who provide regular service to the league and/or have repetitive access to, or contact with, players. The purpose of these background checks is, first and foremost, to protect the athletes.

All coaches are required to complete the USA Football Heads Up Training. Safety is a priority to us and education is key to the success of the program.
