    Team classes are on Wednesdays 7pm or Thursdays 6:30pm. Open to anyone who wants to train at a higher level than a general class. Tuesday Team classes are 6:30 pm and by invite only. Reserved for our most serious competitors who travel to compete. If interested inquire with coaches. Click here for vital info.
