Give wrestling a try during our FREE Pre-Season Trial!!

October 21st and 23rd 6:30PM-7:30PM

FOR NEW AND RETURNING WRESTLERS.

No gear required during this trial. Please arrive in gym clothes and CLEAN socks.

Location: Pocono Mountain West Junior High School

Parking: Please park in the back parking lot and enter through the second set of doors by the cafeteria.

2025/2026 Season PMW Youth Wrestling

PMWYWA is a nonprofit youth wrestling program, servicing K-6th graders, residing in the Pocono Mountain West District, where we are promoting a positive environment for youth development through the competitive sport of wrestling.

Novice Wrestlers practice 6-7pm Tuesdays and Thursday (K-3rd Grade)

JV/Varsity Wrestlers practice 7-8:30pm Tuesdays and Thursdays (4th-6th Grade)
