Welcome to the ECYB Spring 2024 Registration!
ECYB Families - Our online registration is run through Sports Connect. You will need to register your child online this year. Tryouts (if necessary, tentative January 21, 2024) will be announced on the ECYB Facebook page and via the email address that you use to register your player.
Registration fees vary by the age of your player. Girls age 3-6 will play Co-ed Minis and T-Ball with the Boys. If you are interested in Girls Softball, please consider CJC Softball (Chambers Jefferson County). In the event, we are unable to register enough players to form a team in a specific division, registration fees will be returned less any credit card processing fees. Registrations fees go toward league expenses such as jerseys, insurance, equipment, franchise fees, umpire costs, and field maintenance. All players will be required to participate in additional fundraising throughout the season. The new Cook Rd Baseball is now complete for the 2024 season. A majority of our games will be played at home; however, away games will be played with some of our neighboring leagues (Anahuac, Jefferson County, Sour Lake, etc.).
**New for the 2024 Season**
Coaches will be allowed to keep their teams from the previous season. If a coach is not returning or does not have an assistant coach wanting to take over the team, your child will be placed in the draft. If you would like to try another coach, there will be a question in the registration form asking if you would like you player put in the draft for a new coach. Please aswer "Yes" if you would like to be placed on a new team from last season.
If you created a Sports Connect account last year to register, login with the same credentials to register your player this year. If you have never registered before, you will need to create an account first. The "register for an account" button is in the top right hand corner.

Registration FAQ's
Q: Do I have to create an account to register?
A: Yes, you must create a Sports Connect account before registering your child. (Unless you created an account last year)
Q: What if I don't remember my Sports Connect username/password I used to register my player last year?
A: Click sign in, then the "forgot username/password" option to recover.
Q: How do I know what division my child will play in?
A: When you enter your child's birthdate, the system will automatically bring up the correct division to select. You can also view the age chart posted on the bottom of our page. The age cut off for Boys is May 1.
Q: Do I need a birth certificate?
A: You will not need a birth certificate to register. A birth certificate (copy) is only needed if your child makes an All-Stars team at the end of the season.
